Where can I start. Dom and Rich along with the team at Vu Online are amazing!! In 2019 I was introduced to this company by my friend Rachel Hoskins, I had no idea how to market what I do in my business apart from Instagram and the usual sites that are out there. I built up followers on my sites and had alot of support from these people looking in at my work.I thought I had all this sorted but I was shown this is just 1% market of what I needed. After a meeting with Dom and Rich along with my ideas going forward to get my work and Online classes out there my marketing world and the way they taught me has changed by 100%! The Tackling Child Exploitation (TCE) programme is a national programme funded by the Department for Education that seeks to draw together and amplify the best academic, professional and lived experience wisdom on responding to child exploitation. Our website is one of the main channels for presenting and sharing information on an evolving and complex issue. As such, it presents some unique challenges for creating a user experience that invites curiosity. Vuonline has been a fantastic provider who has supported the team and me to think thoughtfully about the design and build of the website. Through a series of three-year programmes of well managed scoping, briefing and design feedback loops, the team at Vuonline have continued to meet the demands and ambition of the TCE programme as we have become more established. The qualities that stand out to me the most have been the adaptability Vuonline has shown to receive initial design briefings that are quite intangible and convoluted at their embryonic stages, and worked to simplify and unpack what this would mean for the user. The outcome has been our initial vision for how we want to engage with our stakeholders has been realised.
