As a keen advocate for men’s mental health, Richard is also a founding director of Fatherhoods, an organisation that helps fathers to open-up and engage in challenging conversations. As part of his commitment to celebrating openness and vulnerability, he regularly share’s his own stories of Life’s Little Dramas.
