The solar panel purchase process requires a lot of information and careful consideration. From the start, we agreed that having an information-rich and easy to use website would be key to Yokk's success. As solar experts from the world's largest solar energy market in Germany, they offer something different to the run-of-the-mill solar panels you see popping up around the country.

We created a website design that would allow the beauty and aesthetic appeal of the Yokk's cutting-edge solar panel installations to shine through with a clean, fast-loading interface with lots of interactive areas for the customer to explore more information. Pulling together a large amount of product and service information is a customised content management system (CMS) that ensures the information is manageable in a clear way for Yokk.

Yokk came to us with a brand look that would have struggled in the UK marketplace. We worked closely with the directors to develop a brand that stayed true to their vision and true to their heritage as a German company, while remaining accessible to the UK target market. This work included logo design, assembling a brand colour palette, and writing a brand story to focus the company's communications around the key messages of its new brand.

Taking the brand further, we created a full identity package for Yokk that included iconography and design elements for use across the company's communications. The identity elements are used on the Yokk website and across the print designs created for Yokk. These include product flyers, company brochures, business cards, a tradeshow stand, portable banners, and customer information sheets.
